Cranberry Orange Tea Bread
3/4 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder 1 cup cinnamon apple sauce 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted 1 egg
2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. sugar and baking powder in large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Blend into greased loaf pan. Bake 45-50
Wondrous Pumpkin Bread
3 cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water 1 tsp. nutmeg 4 eggs
2 cup pumpkin (canned, found in bakery aisle)
1 cup chopped walnuts 1 & 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tsp. baking soda
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients to bowl. Mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour halfway. Bake for 1 hour.
Parmesan Crusted Dinner Rolls
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 1-lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
