1 PUDOLOGY

A recently founded company, Pudology offers chilled, gluten, wheat and dairy-free deserts, developed by ex retail food producer Lucy Wager, who realised a gap in the ‘free from’ market for premium decadent desserts. The mini desserts are made with coconut milk and currently stocked in Selfridges and Fortnum and Mason. They come in Chocolate (coconut and dark chocolate), strawberry (with a biscuit base) and banoffee (biscuit, toffee, banana and chocolate ganache). www.pudology.com

Flavours include goji berries with peaches, pomegranate and blueberry, cranberry, guava and elderberry and lemon, ginger and acai berry. The company gives 10% of its profits to charity. www.berrywhite.com
