ETIHAD/SERVAIR SKYSUPPLY GATEGROUP
Sheltair and Etihad
Sheltair has been awarded the contract for the management and operation of the Etihad lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Sheltair is a joint venture between Servair and City One, one of the leading independent hospitality companies in France and was formed to meet the growing demand for improved facilities in airline lounges. Sheltair adds a new dimension to the welcoming and well-being of travellers by offering a tailored, à la carte service: from the design of the reception areas to their management and operational style. Sheltair will officially take over operation of the Etihad lounge on December 1 2012. The concept developed by Sheltair will include quality catering, with a variety of dishes prepared in-house, and hospitality services as well as an innovative and personalised services.

gategroup extends contract with American
gategroup has reached agreement with American Airlines to extend several contracts involving its Gate Gourmet, Gate Safe and Pourshins member companies.
The value of these extensions over their five- year term is estimated to total more than CHF 550 million. Under the contract Gate Gourmet will provide catering and provisioning services for American at 22 markets worldwide, including hub locations Los Angeles and Chicago.
All gategroup contracts with American Airlines remain subject to approval by the U.S. Court in American Airlines’ Chapter 11 reorganisation.
