INVITATION TO TENDER: PROVISION OF BIKEABILITY TRAINING
The Council wishes to establish an agreement with a suitable firm from whom the provision for an Approved ‘Bikeability’ Training Scheme may be
commissioned.The agreement will be in place for an initial period of seven months commencing 1 September 2012 until 31 March 2013, with the opportunity for two further one-year extensions dependant upon funding and performance. Business totalling some £460k for the training of 11,500 children during the potential thirty-one months contract may be placed under the agreement, which will be established by means of a competitive tender exercise. The estimated value of the initial seven months contract period is £80k. This contract is for the whole county of Cambridgeshire with a few exceptions. A full list of participating schools is included in the tender documents.
