Rancho Cucamonga, CA — Aqueous Technologies Corp.’s new EcoCycler Rinse Water Recycler can be used in conjunction with the company’s Trident and Typhoon class machines, or any other batch- format or inline format defluxing systems. The EcoCycler transforms
standard defluxing systems to pro- vide capture, filtration, re-deion- ization and reuse of rinse water. The rinse water recycling system is equipped with both low and high level float switches, allowing for automatic water replenishment and protection against dry-run operation. Dual pressure gauges monitor the condition of the two particulate filters. The rinse water recycler is
constructed of durable, corrosion- resistant welded polypropylene. A built-in stainless steel, high-per- formance recirculation/filtration pump directs waste rinse water through dual particulate filters, and carbon and resin media tanks. In addition, a built-in digital resistivity meter provides real-time monitoring and display of
