VP Operations Colorado Springs, CO — Photo Stencil has appointed Miles Prim vice presi- dent of operations and a key member of the company’s executive management team. Prim has managed manufacturing operations throughout the world, specializing in semiconductor assembly, packaging, and test in the electronics industry. He will manage R&D and global manufacturing operations for Pho- to Stencil’s complete line of high performance stencils, squeegee blades, and thick film and metal mask screens and tooling for the surface mount technol- ogy assembly, solar, and semiconductor industries. Prim has worked for West- ern Digital and Amkor Technology where he had held the position of CEO. He was also president of ITest, Ltd. He served as VP and GM for Kulicke and Sof- fa and COO for Surfect Technologies.

Scott Gebicke New VP at Jabil Defense
and Aerospace Services St. Petersburg, FL — Scott Gebicke has joined Jabil Circuit, Inc., as Vice Pres- ident Global Business Units and President, Jabil Defense and Aerospace Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary. In his new position, Gebicke is responsi- ble for all aspects of Jabil’s global defense and aerospace business. Prior to joining Jabil, Gebicke was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s
Aerospace and Defense practice in their London and San Francisco offices. Gebicke served seven years with the US Navy as a surface warfare and anti- terrorism officer, with operational wartime experience in the Persian Gulf and Northern Africa in Aegis weapons systems and maritime anti-terrorism.
