The world is changing fundamentally and setting new challenges. The search is on for better and different leadership for the newly emerging world, and within emerging countries.


In order to meet this pressing need to excel in leadership, we offer a two-year master’s degree for persons who want to become leadership experts and assist organisations with their leadership needs.


We aim to deliver leadership consultants and thought leaders who are able to: • understand and contribute to the latest thinking regarding leadership as applicable to the world of tomorrow and emerging countries


• turn the latest thinking regarding leadership into effective leadership interventions that can make organisations future-fit

Are you aspiring to excel at being an outstanding leader in your specific sector? You know that leadership excellence is the centrepiece to the success of your team, organisation, sector, community and country. In order to meet your pressing need to excel as a practising leader, our Department has crafted a sector-specific, two-year Master’s degree for line managers focusing on leadership in emerging countries.


We aim to deliver a line manager who is able to: • demonstrate leadership excellence in an emerging country within his/her specific sector of leadership
