Bryn Morse (HR Director), Desiree Johannes (Employee Relations Manager), Genni Engelbrecht (Training and Development Manager) and Johan Breytenbach (QA Manager) shared some of the secrets of their success as one of the top 10 overall companies in the CRF Institute’s Best Employers 2011/12.

approached them due to their Best Employers achievement. They feel there is an increased confidence internally about the efficacy and relevance of their HR policies, procedures and practices. And they have identified Leadership Development as a focus area within the organisation for 2012/13.
But HR practices alone a successful organisation does not make. Peninsula Beverage Company’s motto is a quote from Lord Nuffield: ‘People are valuable in direct proportion to their ability to work in harmony with other people.
