We then created a performance management system that took the KPA’s directly out of the profiles and competencies. Discussion between leaders and staff are held, and agreement on competency ratings achieved. We derive individual training needs based on the results of these competency ratings. And these training needs range from achieving a NQF 5 level qualification through to attending our Management Development Programme
