Half-naked ladies painted in stripes and candy colours set this up to be a classic pop art video with a funky feel. Roots Manuva has got some moves on him!

Dels makes politics look trendy. The video signifies the state of confusion our society is in. A new-age “Ghost Town”. Very deep indeed.

BIG NIGHTS OUT

Black on white Gaga-esque claws groping at her flesh?! A bizarre visual treat. Can’t forget the bit where she’s touching a field of hands as if she’s Jesus...

• For Genre WarS: The PlayGround @ KoKo Saturday 10th September, 21:00- 04:00

The Playground bring another huge night to Koko with headliner Steve Aoki coming all the way from Cali to bring what will be a thumping electro-house set. legendary dubstep artist Bar 9 will be be bringing the wobble to Koko to ensure a crossover of genres. Performing live on the night will be bass driven four-piece Modestep and dance-punk-electro group Does it offend you, yeah? The night is massive due to its combination of genres and live acts and in the beautiful setting of Koko is unmissable in our eyes.

By day the band shovel food down their throats, throw some shapes in the pub and play around. However, when they perform live, they mean business.

BeyonCé Best Thing I Never Had

WHY WE SEPTEMBER As the summer days roll into autumn nights it is all about maintaining the positive vibes 5

Finally, we have a video of Beyoncé getting married... The only thing is, it isn’t to Jay Z. Awkward! She has chosen to get wed in her underwear... Watch it!

most people may think it is difficult to big up the month that symbolises the end of summer and beginning of autumn but we at The Guestlist network are convinced there are plenty of reasons to remain optimistic about september, the first of which is of course Freshers Week! It is happening everywhere across the uK with as many loud, crazy and drunken parties as you could possibly fit into seven days.

The weather in September may be grey and the sun intermittent but there are two things to bear in mind:

(a) the weather just described is no different from our ‘summer’ anyway and (b) sun is unnecessary when you wake up in the evening, sleep in the day and rave in between. If the thought of dark days is still too overwhelming then head over to ibiza. While the parties are closing, sun Beatz festival keeps the vibe going with a week full of pure drum and bass craziness. if you’re looking to go slightly more local then head to Bestival to catch that last, fine bit of summer festival spirit on the Isle of Wight!

Big nights out is all about the best parties each weekend in the capital, and be it drum and bass or electro, the night we choose is sure to be killer
