Listawood decorate over 1 million mugs every year in their 70,000 square foot UK production facility which is packed with state-of- the-art technology including a robotic spray line for coating and decorating mugs, tiles, glass and other ceramic items. Their extensive portfolio gives you access to over 400 branded promotional items. Listawood have a trade only policy in place, meaning they wonʼt deal with end users. Their highly trained staff have extensive, first hand experience of the dye sublimation process and are on hand to help with all enquiries.

Their Duraglaze coating is offered on a range of popular body styles. Independently tested to over 1,000 washes; these photomugs simply will not fade. The newest addition to Listawoodʼs product range are AntiBug™ PhotoMugs. The exclusive, patent protected specialist surface has been clinically proven to kill 99.99% of harmful bacteria within a 24 hour period. AntiBug™ products can withstand repeated cleaning cycles whilst maintaining antibacterial effectiveness. The controlled release of the active ingredient provides maximum long term activity. These products have been successfully tested against over 50 common organisms including MRSA,
E.coli and salmonella. Other new items within their range include flip-flops, lanyards and sublicrylic blocks for decoration by sublimation. Situated within Listawoodʼs busy production area is a fully equipped training and demonstration facility. Customers are welcome to visit for free of charge training and technical support; geared and designed specifically for their individual needs. All of the training is delivered by Listawoodʼs own highly experienced production and technical support staff. Whilst visiting, customers are able to take a tour of their production facilities and

speak to their staff who are manufacturing sublimation products on a large scale day in, day out.
Many print and engraving businesses are already involved in the supply of promotional products having invested in heat presses and dye sublimation transfer systems. Although excellent for the production of short-runs, equipment of this kind cannot practically be used to produce larger runs, cost effectively and they are limited in the range of items they can produce.
