Ryan is a recent addition to Cheetah Learning. As a sales person for Cheetah, he is learning the ropes of how to prospect and follow up the Cheetah way. And he is learning from none other than the most seasoned sales person in Cheetah, Jean. Jean has been with Cheetah since its inception, and knows very well the needs of our unique Cheetah customers. And then there is Zienna, who started with Cheetah just four months ago, and has made a  Cheetah course development team and works with the team for Cheetah Learning’s sister company, Cheetah Power (www.cheetahpower.     the course development reigns for Cheetah’s award winning PMP exam prep course. Barb’s  this critical role in the company.

As you can see, each Cheetah experiences a slightly different approach to her cultivation within the company. These experiences are particularly tailored for personalities, abilities, and areas of strengths and development, which  environment without mentors. Sure, new hires in our company would survive without mentors, but we want them to thrive! Through the mentor relationship, newer employees learn how to take on more leadership positions within the company. It also positions new employees to be mentors themselves someday, ensuring  future for Cheetah Learning.
