There is a smart phone application that can help you stay engaged with your environment, and track important learning situations. The tool was developed by Cheetah Learning in order sense, it is similar to downloading your brain, since you record the information whenever from memory. Cheetah Learning Journal smart allows you to record answers to the following questions whenever you learn something new that you want to keep note of:
What did I learn? How did I learn it? How did this help me? How did I feel?
What am I going to do differently based on what I learned?
What else do I want to learn more about because of this?

As we age, learning and voluntary engagement becomes more important. The term “neuroplasticity” refers to the ability of the human brain to change over time with a certain benchmark in youth. The reality is that as you learn, neural networks are created in your brain, and are then stronger as you practice what you have learned. The saying “use it or lose it” has true meaning when referring to the neurons that are created by learning something new.
