Hands-on practical classes are held in our professional teaching kitchens, three cuisine kitchens and two pâtisserie kitchens, equipped to the highest standards. Practical classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students to one teaching chef to ensure each gets personal attention and receives individual training as required. The school supplies premium quality ingredients for each dish. Students’ work is evaluated at the end of each practical session by our Master Chefs.
Additional Information: A typical weekly class schedule is composed of the following sessions: Cuisine courses: 3 demonstrations, 3 practical classes18 hours Pâtisserie courses: 2 demonstrations, 2 practical classes, 1 technical lecture – 15 hours. Demonstrations and practical classes are scheduled Monday to Saturday at any of the following times: 8:00am, 12:00, 3:00pm and 6:00pm. The schedule is posted for the full session at the beginning of the term.

Pamplona Learning Spanish Institute Students: 350
University Information: PLSI is located in Pamplona, northern Spain. Pamplona is a safe city, one of the greenest in Europe and famous worldwide due to the San Fermín festival and Hemingway (Fiesta- The sun also rises). Our school is located in the city centre, surrounded by a park. We are recognized by the Instituto Cervantes and we work with some American universities for credited programs.
