involved in three interrelated areas of work: delivery of pre-bachelors, bachelors and masters programmes; providing specialist training to major corporate clients (including Lloyds TSB and Capita Registrars); and preparing students for the qualifications of leading Chartered Professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (the ICSA) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (the CIM). Some of the partnership initiatives with Chartered bodies have been exclusive to KCB – the only Independent College to offer Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice.


Programmes & Courses: KCB has delivered University Degree Courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels for over 15 years in collaboration with a number of British Universities including Wales, Glamorgan, Hertfordshire, Portsmouth, Thames Valley and others. At present, KCB offers the University of Wales validated MBA Programmes with pathways in International Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Banks and Financial Institutions Management, Health Care Management, Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Information Technology Management, and Management of Innovation, Technology and Change as well as the General MBA. The University of Wales validated Bachelors Degree Courses in Business Studies, Marketing, Information Technology Management and Business Accounting and Finance as well as the MSc in Computing are also taught by us. In addition, KCB acts as a Tuition Centre for the University of London (External) Courses in Law. The University Foundation Course (UFC) at KCB provides the opportunity for students with GCSE qualifications or equivalent to progress on to Degree Courses at 19 Universities across the UK.


KCB has a range of international Endeavours via franchises, partnerships and collaborations with reputable Institutions in a number of foreign countries in European, Asian and African Continents. Students in these countries, after completing the initial part of their respective KCB Courses, have progressed to complete the final part of their Degree Courses in the UK.


There are various bridges between the academic and professional Programmes, with time-saving packages enabling dual qualification. Our results are outstanding, with our students often finishing well above the national average in their category and progressing to become eminent professionals in their respective fields.

Le Cordon Bleu London Students: Over 250 students


University Information: Le Cordon Bleu is the most prestigious and established cooking school in the world with 115 years of teaching the highest standards of French culinary techniques. Through its faculty of Master Chefs and industry professionals, students immerse themselves in foundations of French gastronomy developing their palates and personal style, while mastering these fundamentals of cooking.The London school, which opened in 1933, has always attracted attention as being the finest place for culinary education; notably Lady Diana applied to the school as a teenager. The ever growing attention to the British food scene has boosted the demand for culinary arts training in London. The school is located in Central London, right next to Oxford Street, the famous designer shops along Bond Street, the countless theatres, fine restaurants and vibrant bars and cafes that make London one of the world’s most exciting cities.


Programmes & Courses: Le Cordon Bleu is the only culinary school in London to have obtained the Highly Trusted Sponsor Licence under Tier 4 with the UK Border Agency. In addition, Le Cordon Bleu London recently obtained IIQ Level 4 accreditation of its’ culinary arts programmes on the UK National Qualification framework. The Level 4 qualification is one of the highest practical culinary qualifications in the UK and is recognised internationally.


Our students are taught through a series of demonstrations and practical classes, providing over 540 hours of training for the Cuisine Diploma, over 450 hours for the Pâtisserie Diploma, and over 990 hours for the Grand Diplôme. During demonstration classes, students observe the Chef preparing a number of dishes to illustrate certain methods and techniques. The school has two demonstration kitchens, equipped with television monitors and large overhead mirrors, to make sure that every student can follow our Master Chefs’ cooking and techniques in detail.
