European Operations Field Program Job Description:


The objective of the Operations Field Program is to develop a diverse group of high potential employees in Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Safety Management) for leadership positions.


We are looking for Individuals with leadership potential who are at their early stage and have the capability to make a signifi cant difference to the current and the future performance of DuPont.


Details of the program: The European Operations Field Program lasts from 5 to 6 years. As a regular employee of DuPont, you will work in three different businesses, in at least three different assignments (Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Shift Supervisor). At the end of the program, you will be trained for a Six Sigma Black Belt Certifi cation or for a Lean Certifi cation. You will have the possibility to be assigned in the following countries: Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, France, Eastern Europe.


The target position at the end of the program is a managerial position in Operations.


Your Profi le: • University degree in mechanical, electrical, environmental, process or chemical engineering or university degree with a focus in supply chain.


• Fluency in English and in two other European languages: German or Dutch would be an asset.


• 0-2 years of work experience.


• Technical competence proven by internships or fi rst assignment.


• Proven track of self development and active learning.
