T’ai Chi Chih’s (TCC) 19 relaxing movements can be what anyone’s tense, busy world needs. TCC circulates and balances the Vital Force--the Chi. The slow, soft movements can have a real and beneficial effect on blood pressure. TCC is an exercise that can positively affect inner organs and muscular structure. With regular practice, stu- dents of all ages have often experienced profound changes during an 8-week beginning course. No special clothing or equipment is required.

Have you ever noticed a dull ache or sharp pain that started after an emo- tionally stressful situation? Could your backache be related to betrayal, as in “stabbed in the back?” Maybe your back is “up against the wall.” Or maybe you’re unsupported and nobody “has your back.” This fast-paced class taught by a practicing medical intuitive will introduce you to the skill of intuitive diag- nosis using the hidden language of metaphor. Combine your own intuition (everybody has it) with metaphor interpretation to symbolically discern your own and others’ physical/emotional dysfunctions, and find the hidden roots of phobias and panic attacks. Please bring a sack lunch to enjoy during your break.
