This is a program to learn and practice daily conver- sations in Spanish. Taught by a lively, native Spanish speaking instructor, you will learn the essentials of pronunciation, grammar and phraseology used in basic communication. At the end of the course, you should expect to have a good grasp of the fundamental rules of pronunciation, aspects of sentence structure and cultural idiosyncrasies. You’ll be able to order food, exchange greetings, ask for help, follow directions, use expressions of common courtesy, etc. The course is designed for teens and adults and requires no previous knowledge of Spanish. A $10 materials fee (cash only) will be collected in class.

This intensive Spanish survival terminology course will be conducted by Martha Velasco, a native Spanish speaker. Covering the essentials of pro- nunciation, grammar and medical terminology related to emergency needs, Martha will ensure that you are able to communicate with Spanish speaking people in critical situations. Students will be able to respond and ask for help, follow directions and use expressions of common courtesy. This course is designed for healthcare professionals with no previous knowledge of Span- ish. A $10 materials fee (cash only) will be collected in class.


Healing Touch is a relaxing, nurturing energy therapy that uses gentle, heart- centered touch to assist in balancing Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual well-being.
