2019 has also been a very busy year in Bristol, where we have our head office.

Vintry Building, Bristol- A seven storey multi-let city centre office building had previously been re-designed, re-positioned and the vacant offices let by Ashville.

At the start of 2019 almost 50% of the building became vacant through a number of expiries. These offices were refurbished to match the new high quality specifications and the office content was increased by a further 2,000 sq ft. By the end of the year occupancy had increased to 90% and headline rents had significantly improved throughout the building.

HERE, Fomerly Bath Rd Studios, a flagship Bristol office building was purchased in 2016. It was then transformed from a tired and largely vacant building into a vibrant fully let asset with large communal areas, onsite café, business/ social areas and a games room. With these improvements and a further 7,000 sq ft of office space added, it became a popular and bustling community.

2019 has been a very busy year at HERE, with major works undertaken to create a further 15,000 sq ft of new and unique office suites of various sizes which is due to complete in Q1 2020. The works also include new shower and changing facilities, indoor secure cycle storage and possibly even a fully equipped fitness studio. Interest has already been strong with a number of pre-lets agreed prior to completion

We’re always happy to discuss new asset management, joint venture and development opportunities, and look forward to continuing to work closely with our existing clients and forging new relationships during 2020. For more information visit www.ashvillegroup.co.uk
