North Wales Business Park, Abergele, LL22 8LJ - Development update Wales


North Wales Business Park, Abergele, is located in the central North Wales corridor only a few minutes from junction 23 of the A55. Planning consent was granted in 2001 for space dedicated to use categories B1 a and b.


The first office building was occupied in June 2004 by Worldspan Plc and subsequent developments have resulted in the Business Park now having in excess of 33,000 sq ft of commercial office space available to lease, most of which has achieved the BREEAM Excellent rating.


Offices have been configured to appeal to users of all sizes with the smallest serviced office accommodating two people, and the largest individual floor plate being 2500 sq ft.


In recent years consent has been granted for D1 use and in addition to having Spire Healthcare, St John’s Wales and British Red Cross as tenants and occupiers, bespoke developments have been undertaken to provide a medical center serving Abergele and surrounding area and a Boots Pharmacy.


A new dental practice is also about to open providing the latest treatment options including implants and cosmetic enhancements. Other major occupiers include the Cartrefi Conwy Headquarters, Unison and Fairways Care.

A twelve acre site has also gained residential consent and MacBryde Homes are now completing a 156 house development.The Business Park is also served by a regular bus service and is within walking distance of the shops in Abergele town centre.
