Milford Waterfront

Work is underway on the development of Milford Waterfront – a vibrant waterfront destination in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire. Outline planning permission was approved for the multi-million pound project at the end of 2019 and the next phase is about to commence. Milford Waterfront is already a popular place to visit, attracting over 100,000 visitors a year, with a variety of shops, restaurants and a busy calendar of events all centred around a 300-berth marina.

The fi rst phases have already been delivered; Costa Drive Thru and four Floatel Cabins opened in 2019 and we anticipate the build of a new 100-bed hotel, as well as a multi-purpose conference and events venue, to be completed in 2021. Future plans include leisure attractions, event spaces, and further food, beverage and retail outlets.
