MAJOR NEW BOOST TO PERTH OFFICE SUPPLY

s we reported last year, Smart & Co have cemented their grip on the
Perthshire property market with many new instructions and – more importantly – many concluded deals. To reinforce their commitment to the city, Smart & Co have recently opened a new office on the south side of the city centre in one of a number of office transactions the firm has been involved in.
Although the transaction rate for
