NORWICH RESEARCH PARK 2
018 is due to be a successful year for Norwich Research Park, now home to more than 80 businesses, with one or more joining each month. A number of exciting new Park developments will take place during the year. A new Nursery school opened at the end of February contributing to the supportive environment on offer by providing easy access to childcare. The multi-million-pound Quadram Institute is a pioneering new facility for food and health research and will open in mid-2018. It will bring together research teams from Quadram Institute Bioscience, the University of East Anglia and the
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust including the regional
gastrointestinal endoscopy unit. The Quadram
Institute is
complemented by the unique world-class
bioscience cluster based at the Park, including plant and microbial science at the John Innes Centre and computational
Aerial of Norwich Research Park, a unique cluster of world class institutions all located with 1km
science and sequencing expertise at the Earlham Institute.
