A one-man dance show presented by Birmingham company Altered Skin – the founder of which, Shane Shambu, is also the one man in question. A seasoned performer of Indian dance styles such as Bharatanatyam, time was that young Shambu, then an East Londoner, was finding his feet in this discipline, done in secret lest his mates think him uncool. It turned out alright, though, as he recalls in an hour-long show peppered with comedy and film cutaways.
