The Pure Beauty Awards 2023 open for entries this month
The Pure Beauty Awards have been putting creative and innovative beauty products centre stage for over 20 years, and on 5 June, 2023’s edition opens for entries. Launched in 2001, the Pure Beauty Awards have since grown to become a huge event in the beauty industry calendar. This year, the awards is set for its biggest year yet, with 30 awards on offer, covering ten categories across the beauty and personal care industry. INTRODUCING THE METAVERSE BEAUTY WEEK
The inaugural Metaverse Beauty Week, running 12-17 June, has announced its line-up. Hosted in
Decentraland, Spatial and Roblox, as well as IRL venues, MBW2023 will feature brands including Lush, Valdé Beauty and Lottie London. The event aims to demonstrate the potential of beauty exploration and interoperability, and is themed ‘Reality Gets a Makeover’. Attendees can find out more at

LONDON PACKAGING WEEK UNVEILS SPEAKERS
The roster of presenters at this year’s London Packaging Week (21-22 September at London’s ExCel) has been announced. Free-to- attend talks at the event will include ones by beauty entrepreneur Liz Earle, CEO of Liz Earle Wellbeing; Akash Mehta, CEO and co-founder at Fable & Mane; and Wizz Selvey, founder of Wizz&Co.

Cosmoprof North America is open for registration to attend its 20th edition. Taking place 11-13 July at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) in Las Vegas, Nevada, the event will have a one-hall format to ease navigation.
