Turnover is up from £20.2m to £31m at Fremantle-owned Naked Television. In the past year, it has delivered its first Netflix series,
Snowflake Mountain, which entered the streamer’s global top 10 – the first time an entertainment format has been in the top 10 since The Circle, series 4.
Naked also moved into the premium factual genre, delivered two well received docs - Ghislaine, Prince Andrew and the Paedophile and The Killer Nanny: Did She Do It?. Naked also produced Hulu and BBC3 series Planet Sex, which sees model, actress and LGBTQ+ advocate Cara Delevingne embark on a global journey to explore issues of sexuality and gender.

Naked says it has seen most growth with the streamers: it’s currently working with Netflix, Hulu and
Paramount+. Recruiting production management talent is cited as one of its biggest challenges.

The UK arm of Israeli media group Keshet produced Suspicion, starring Uma Thurman, for Apple TV+. It has also made Ralph and Katie, a spin-off of The A Word featuring talent with disabilities both in front of and behind the cameras.

Neal Street’s long runner Call the Midwife won a two series order last year, its 12th and 13th series commissions - meaning the show will run on BBC1 until at least 2024. On the film side, Neal Street recently produced Sam Mendes’ Empire of Light, starring Olivia Colman and Colin Firth.
