Normark UK to get new corporate identity

As part of its corporate restructure, Normark UK is transforming into Rapala VMC UK Ltd... but fear not, it will actually be even easier to do business with the company...
I
n December this year Normark UK will complete a company name change in line with its parent company’s global strategy (RapalaVMC). From January 2023 Normark UK will trade as Rapala VMC UK Ltd.

The ever expanding
Nottinghamshire- based company is the base for all the brands in the UK.
This means that all tackle brands that you purchase from Normark UK - Carp Spirit, Okuma, Rapala, Storm, 13 Fishing, VMC, Sufix, Blue Fox etc. as well as bait from Dynamite will now be purchased from one single company - Rapala VMC UK Ltd. T&G has been told there will be very little difference in the way things operate, customers will still be supplied bait (Dynamite) and all the tackle brands in exactly the same way as currently, but will be invoiced from one single company Rapala VMC UK Ltd. T&G has also been told that bait invoices for example will still show the

Dynamite logo for easy identification. The Normark UK company will become dormant but the Dynamite company number will continue to be used for banking purposes. Email addresses will be changed over to reflect the new name but existing ones will continue to be used for a period of time. There are no other major changes and we understand that all customers will be contacted directly (if they haven’t been already) with full details of the change of name. Of course from a marketing perspective all these brands will keep their individual identities and be marketed as such.
