Trailer Engineering launches full AdBlue range


West Midlands- based Trailer Engineering made the relatively short


journey to the Ricoh Arena to unveil its comprehensive new range of six AdBlue tanks and bowsers, as additions to its established line-up of fuel and water bowsers. The product suite starts with the compact 110-litre bunded AdBlue


‘bowset’ with a hand pump, which is just 0.76m wide. The smallest towable model is the 120-litre AdBlue dispensing tank, which Trailer Engineering can retrofit to customers’ existing 950 and 2,140-litre diesel bowsers, to provide an all-in-one solution. The range also includes the 950-litre Polycube, which can be stacked three high when empty, and a towable 2,140-litre site bowser with optional electric pump and digital flowmeter.

Demon launches Lithium-ion model


Demon’s continued focus on greener and less noisy machines has led the Plymouth- based manufacturer to develop what it claims to be the UK’s first Lithium-ion powered pressure washer, the Tornado Electron. This cold water mini-bowser is designed for quieter cleaning in public places such as hospitals, and schools. Delivering up to 1,200 psi at 11 litres per minute, it might


appear more expensive than equivalent petrol and diesel models, but Demon believes the cost of recharging the unit is tiny compared to the fuel costs of a conventional machine. Having an electric motor, it also requires less service and maintenance.
