Kiverco deliver again for Ground Waste Recycling
A RECENT project for Ground Waste Recycling in England, has highlighted how “no one size fi ts all” when it comes to Kiverco installations.
The company required a solid and robust plant that could process up to 35TPH of Construction and Demolition waste. However, they had quite a small footprint to work with.
Both companies worked together on several revisions of the plant layout, in order to ensure it fi tted into the yard. The recycling system itself incorporated a Belt Feeder, Combi Screen, Picking Station and Blower.
Mirelle Quigley, Operations Director at Ground Waste Recycling said: “We have seen a great improvement in the recycling of materials, which has reduced our landfi ll percentages and our carbon footprint. Installation was within two weeks as promised, and everything went to plan.”
LYNDEX Recycling Systems, the UK's leader in the design, manufacture and supply of high volume balers and waste recycling machinery, have introduced a second-generation range of 2-ram balers.
Designed and manufactured in the UK and available in fi ve diff erent models, the Lyndex Ram II is a medium range baling solution developed to work with multiple waste streams including OCC, Paper, PET
and HDPE, steel cans and non-ferrous met- als, through to mixed solid waste and RDF.
The fi ve new machines are available in a choice of size and footprint, with wide or narrow box construction to suit diff erent bale formats and with a main ram press force ranging from 80 to 160 tonnes.
Lyndex Recycling Systems was established in 2005, following the acquisition of the UK arm of Lindemann American Baler.
