TRADE waste collection and recycling business for sale based in South Staffordshire.
FAMILY-RUN Green Recycling from Maldon, Essex, are to become the fi rst company in the UK to invest in a Max-AI autonomous robot.
Once operational, it will increase recovery of recyclables at the company’s commercial and commingled dry recyclables materials recovery facility (MRF).
MD Rob Smith said: “We believe that this technology will revolutionise MRF operations and we’re excited to be the fi rst to introduce it here in the UK.
“Not only is the technology capable of sorting up to six diff erent end fractions in one location, but it is also adjustable should the material or markets change, and will deliver signifi cant operational improvements. We can’t wait to put Max to work!”
Green Recycling provides a wide range of waste management and recycling solutions throughout the South East of England.
Approximately 600 euro bins on yearly contracts, and rising.
Also included are three bin Lorries with bin weighing equipment fi tted.
