P&P LIVE! 2019 review

Cute rails filled with exciting delights

L

arkwood Baby and Toddler Collection returned to stand G10 for 2019 with cute rails filled with exciting delights. The colour blocked rails featured all the returning favourites such as the LW070 All in One for dancing queens, LW035 Rain Jacket for puddle jumpers and the LW071 for sleeping beauties.

Among the enthusiasm, three new 100% Single Jersey Cotton staples were eagerly received by visitors for their soft touch and great quality. The new double layered, bound LW900 Blanket, available in all key new-born colours, was described as a must have by many seeking essential products to add to their story.

Personalisation options were key for those gifting outfits printed up with names or images – many taking inspiration from the examples Larkwood had on display.

Positive response from customers

T

his year, Just Ts released four new styles to the collection, with focus on even more exciting textured designs.

P&P LIVE! was the first opportunity for customers to be introduced to the launch new super soft tri-blend fabric, available in an array of colours. Visitors to the stand were also enthusiastic by the launch of the must-have JT008 Westcoast Longline T. This street-wear inspired tee comfortably scoops at the neck and features twin needle stitching at the sleeves and a unique curved hem at the back to stand out from the crowd. For the girls, the new JT006 Girlie Tri-Blend Cropped T proved to be a hit; great for layering or wearing on its own and bang on trend.

The team was delighted with the positive response received from customers at the show who were interested in the different fabrics, colours and printability of the garments.

Introducing more innovative products

O

nce again TheMagicTouch introduced more innovation to assist users in reducing production cost and time when decorating garments. The show highlight was the new T.Foil Dark transfer process which ticks all the boxes for affordable and stunning results.

The new transfer process was demonstrated over 200 times during the three day show and involved printing the design onto the T.Foil Dark transfer paper with a composite black toner using an Oki enhanced toner-based laser printer.

The metallic foils are available in rolls 30cm x 25m with

the T.Foil Dark available in either A4 or A3 sheets. In addition the company confirmed new additional colours to the now established 123Flex range as well as new Neon Pearl Glitter that continues to grow in popularity with garment decorators in many different markets.

Come and experience A

& R Towels and Bathrobes was present at P&P LIVE! with a large collection of

towels and bathrobes. Many visitors came to ARTG for the beautiful colours and everyone wanted to feel the softness of our products themselves. New this year, ARTG showed the beautiful organic collection (600GSM) in four sizes and five modern pastel shades. The DeLuxe collection (700GSM) guest towels, towels, bath towels and beach towels in beautiful bright colours attracted also many people. ARTGʼs call ʻCome and experienceʼ was picked up by many visitors and everybody felt the need to touch them. Visitors were also very enthusiastic about ARTGʼs sublimation collection. The guest towels, towels and beach towels were already known to last yearʼs visitors, but this year ARTG showed its new

sublimation bathrobes in BABIEZZ,

BOYZZ&GIRLZZ and adult sizes. These bathrobes are on the inside made of 100% Turkish cotton and on the outside made of polyester, so they can be sublimated everywhere.

And for the first time, A & R Towels and Bathrobes took part in the fashion show. Carried by the experienced models, the range of bathrobes and towels looked

even more beautiful.

Nova Chrome UK

is pleased to report another successful year at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! Eager to build on the success of last yearʼs event, we pulled out all the stops for this yearʼs 30th anniversary show, with new products and new samples on display. The three day event saw a range of visitors, with many new to sublimation and its possibilities – and all being impressed with the quality and vibrancy produced by the companyʼs Sawgrass Virtuoso printers.

Seasoned industry visitors were also well catered

for, with many existing customers visiting the stand to upgrade from their existing kit to printers like the Virtuoso VJ628 – after seeing the ease of use, quality and production capabilities on the stand. Many of these also took the opportunity to upgrade their heat presses for larger or most robust offerings such as the companyʼs A1 Pneumatic Press.

Of course, we were also on hand to advise visitors on their existing equipment and offer suggestions on expanding their range of products, along with helpful tips on printing and pressing with dye sublimation – something that we have has gained a reputation for over their nearly three decades in business.
