P&P LIVE! 2019 review

TheMagicTouch team Customers flocked to stand W Drawing in the crowds Y

et again team AJS shone at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! AJS was celebrating its 25th year

as the distributor for Tajima embroidery machines and this drew the crowds to see what new technology was on offer. At one stage AJS had representatives working on stand from England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Canada, Greece, Japan, Italy and Sweden. As always AJS had support from Tajima directly with two representatives on hand to help with any enquiries about the latest machines and attachments. Both said they had very positive feedback after speaking to new and hopefully future customers.

The representatives from Sweden were showing for the first time the new Coloreel thread colouring system which the team feel and were told by quite a few visitors was the star of the show. A very unique machine and concept.

The Italians were on hand to support AJS with the first showing of the Performa Seit Laser which made people stop and think about new decoration techniques and methods.

Canada and Greece in the form of Pulse Microsystems were showing off the latest DG16 release of the Pulse Software and as always the machine networking and full automation offering from them was of interest to many customers looking for solutions in mass personalisation.

AJS sales representatives from South England,

Wales, Scotland and Ireland all had a good show and have plenty of local leads to follow up after the many visitor enquiries taken on the stand. Yet again the comments the team received about how nice the machines ran and how advanced they were came thick and fast and made everyone all very confident in the future of what AJS does. An all round a great show.

ith a fresh new image, customers were flocking to see the Front Row & Co. 2019 collection at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2019.

The new Tag Free FR007 Panelled Rugby Shirt proved to be a hit and featured proudly on one of the many contemporary styled mannequins; decorated with bold branding across the wide front panel. Thereʼs currently a retro revival on the high-street, so the generous fit is appealing to both the traditional customer base, and to brands who have been asking for more Tag Free styles from Front Row. It is clear, that while the rugby shirts that are synonymous with the brand continue to be popular, a new wave of customer are now looking to Front Row for its premium fashion, retail-led styles. Customers couldnʼt wait to get their hands on the growing number of T shirts from Front Row

– including the new FR140 Long Sleeved

Baseball T-shirt and new FR131 Tipped T-shirt. Up close, customers always appreciate the exceptional quality and stitching details they can see in person! Clothes are made to be worn. Available in unisex sizing range, the new Tag Free styles cater to a wide customer base. For teams, clubs, workplaces and brands; Front Row garments are designed with decoration in mind.

Another fantastic show! P

rintwear & Promotion LIVE! 2019 was another fantastic show. It was so great to meet so many UK companies interested in leading the industry forwards.

There was a lot of interest on the Target Transfers stand for those wanting to take the weeding table challenge. The Stahlsʼ EZ weeding table heats the vinyl from beneath and this helps release the carrier just enough to reduce weeding time by 80%! Ahead of the event customers were encouraged to bring their own designs and put the table to the test. They did not disappoint, with many bring their own and others wanting to see Stahlsʼ HTV in person. All came away knowing that weeding can be done so much quicker.

Along with the EZ weeding table, Target Transfers brought along the largest ever display of Stahlsʼ Hotronix machines ever seen in the UK. Everything from the Clam Basic to the new Fusion IQ machines, with web portals were there for demonstrations. There truly was a heat press for everyone.

Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2019 – What a way to begin the year! We had a great three days exhibiting at the 30th

anniversary show, and we fully recommend attending to everyone in the industry. Weʼd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who visited our stands over the course of the show; we had some exceptional conversations and felt like we had exposure to a whole new audience. We loved giving our new and existing customers the chance to gain some insight into our plans for the year ahead, and the show is a great way for us to showcase a snapshot of our 2019 Collection. Itʼs a weekend thatʼs certainly not to be missed!”
