Resolute puts leading brands together to create the Green Button DTG process
U
sing the very latest in technology Resolute DTG has put together Green Button DTG packages, which allow companies who are just starting in the DTG process to choose not only the level of investment but the level of automation that suits their business model.
Intrigued? Colin Marsh, managing director of Resolute DTG, explains: “Direct to garment printing has always had the stigma of having to use pre-treatment when printing white ink onto coloured textiles. While many companies take the process by the horns and get on with it, some companies are restricted by factors
like high staff turnaround and office environments. This is especially true in the education, retail and leisure industry.
“Using premium brands has allowed us to piece together the best systems using the very latest in technology. When using one of our Green Button DTG systems, a complete stranger to DTG printing can be producing quality printed garments in a matter of minutes. Intuitive user interfaces allow machine operators to skip the complex learning curve associated with older systems.
Resolute introduces the Viper Maxx to the UK The all-new Viper Maxx pre-treatment machine the latest innovation from i-Group Technologies and is available from Resolute DTG in the UK. The Maxx allows for even application of pre-treatment every time, with every pre- treatment available on the market. Complete user control over all of the variables allows for precise spray application in only the areas required. No more pre- treating the entire shirt for just a left chest DTG print. With 99.9% efficiency and no spraying off the
shirt users can pre-treat the intended area at the touch of a button.
This machine was showcased for the first time in the EU at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! earlier in the year and is available for demonstrations in Resoluteʼs Chesterfield showroom.

“All the new equipment is available to view and use in our newly refurbished demo suite at the Chesterfield HQ. Instead of watching a trained technician demonstrate the equipment, we now let visitors choose to print the first shirt themselves removing any chance of the process being made to look easy by an expert. One of our team will of course demonstrate the systems if any of our visitors prefer.”
The range consists of five different levels of speed and pre-set automation for DTG printing and pre-treatment, with a price point to suit any budget. The Green Button systems include all the equipment required in order to set off in the right direction. Resolute DTG has produced a video demonstrating the Green Button DTG process which can be viewed online.
