What’s New: Snuggle Taking DTG to the Max!
Just when you thought that DTG just couldn’t get any better; it did! Snuggle has now added the Kornit Atlas Max to its printing inventory and can’t wait to show you the new achievements in DTG printing which you can offer your customers from incredible raised prints, threadless embroidery and prints which are almost impossible to distinguish from other printing methods.

nuggle now has seven Kornit systems, comprised of two Avalanche HD6 printers, three Atlas printers and two Atlas Max printers, giving the team at Snuggle an astronomic daily printing capacity of just over 12,000 prints per day. This paired with the Snuggle software built in-house, gives the team the speed and quality to produce your orders exactly how you need them and more importantly how your customers need them.

Now spread out over five units in little old Peterborough, Snuggle has enjoyed continued growth not only with its DTG offering but in UV, sublimation and now offering trade embroidery, becoming a one-stop shop for all your decorating needs. Currently using six embroidery heads from Melco giving Snuggle the flexibility of ‘embroidery on-demand’ as well as for bulk runs, Snuggle applies the same knowledge, skills and dedicated teams to these areas of the business for you to know you’re always in safe hands. Snuggle’s talented teams are continually undergoing training to ensure Snuggle skills remain sharp and their attention is always focused on the job at hand. With continued significant investment in printing equipment this year to ensure they have the capacity to meet your needs and an underlying importance and belief in achieving great service and quality ensuring each order is treated as their own.
