Global manufacturer Dae Ha is very proud to introduce a world first in the industry; recycled blended polyester into all Heat Transfer Vinyl PET Liners, supported by certification from Control Union. Investment will continue as Dae Ha strives for breakthrough technology that allows it to become the first manufacturer to produce 100% sustainable and or recyclable HTV.

ae Ha’s production facilities hold the internationally acclaimed ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system, and in the UK, Dae Ha uses only 100% recyclable and or biodegradable packaging, or repurposed packaging from Korea.
All HTV is produced with either REACH or SGS Test Reports, while the majority of Dae Ha’s HTV is EN71-3:2019 certified.
Dae Ha UK has eliminated all internal non-recyclable waste being sent to landfill, by using an Energy from Waste facility, which turns what would otherwise be landfill waste, into electricity for homes. During 2022, Dae Ha will offer a service to customers, whereby the company will ensure customer weeded HTV and PET Liner will be turned into energy for homes, and not discarded into landfill.
New product arrivals
Manufacturing over 300 different colours/ HTV, new product arrivals for 2022 will include a host of additional colours to the exceptional One Flex PU, Premium Glitter ranges and 3D Puff PU ranges, further High Build HTVs, and more colours in the ultra-economical Classic Flex for Cad-Cut and digital print. The new year will also see an expansion to Da Ha’s sublimation offerings, with additional papers and rolls, plus a greater choice for sublimation HTVs. With year-on-year global expansion, Dae Ha will remain at the forefront of heat transfer technology, and with some top-secret developments progressing well, the team is excited for 2022.
