Michigan’s Adventure Waterpark opens, park remains closed


WildWater Adventure waterpark at Michigan’s Adventure, a Cedar Fair park in Muskegon, Michigan, opened the 2020 season on Thursday, 16 July, with stringent health, safety and hygiene protocols in place. It’s amusement park, however, will not open this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The waterpark initially opened to season passholders exclusively on July 16, then open to the public on July 17.


Princess Tiana coming to Magic Kingdom


Splash Mountain in Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, will soon be completely reimagined, inspired by the animated Disney film “The Princess and the Frog.” Guests will join Princess Tiana and Louis on a musical adventure as they prepare for their first Mardi Gras performance, featuring some of the powerful music from the film.
