ith its theme ‘creation nation,’ the show provides attractions industry leaders, decision makers, and visionaries with everything needed to take


every guest experience to the next level, whether through thousands of innovations, hundreds of expert-led educational opportunities, or engaging networking opportunities. IAAPA Attractions Expo 2017 will draw more than 32,000


industry professionals from more than 100 countries to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, on Monday, November 13, through Friday, November 17. More than 1,000 exhibitors will fi ll 560,000 net square feet, the equivalent to nine miles of aisles, and more than 21,000 buyers will explore the latest innovations and meet with the most creative minds in the industry. Press conferences, product unveils, and live demonstrations will provide attendees with the opportunity to be among the fi rst to learn about and experience business-changing products and technology. The education program features more than 100 learning


opportunities for all attractions industry professionals from frontline managers to seasoned leaders. Attendees can learn about every aspect of the industry from the design and creation of safe rides, to daily operations, strategies for maximizing food and beverage per caps, maximizing games and merchandise, producing special events and entertainment, marketing techniques, and more. IAAPA Attractions Expo 2017 attendees can also


enjoy 50+ networking events including the Asia-Pacifi c breakfast, Latin American reception, water park social, laser tag operators’ forum, family entertainment center (FEC) reception, and more. Opening reception: 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 14 The opening reception gives attendees the opportunity to meet business and professional contacts and make new friends. Guests must be 18 or older to attend. Tickets are $45 for IAAPA, OABA, SLA, and IISA members and $60 for nonmembers. Tickets must be purchased in addition to Expo registration, which is required.
