Additional services HUSS® prides itself on providing a first-class after sales support service to clients anywhere in the world. “Many of the company’s attractions are still in operation up to 30 years after first beginning their working life and we provide service and spare parts around the clock for all those rides still in operation,” says Mirko.
Innovations Among the latest additions to the HUSS® product range is the Explorer film based attraction, the first

example of which will open at Cancun’s Riviera Maya in Mexico in at the new Amikoo Resort Destination Theme Park, currently being developed. With a wide, almost unlimited choice of
experiences available, Explorer immerses riders in the worlds of science, fantasy, sports, technology or adventure. The Amikoo attraction will take visitors on a spectacular deep-sea exploration around the seas of Mexico, with passengers being part of an expedition into the deep oceans of Mexico to discover the beautiful sea life. Utilising cutting-edge technology the Explorer
provides the sensation of being immersed under the ocean. Unrestricted views towards a 360° screen supporting large-format images in combination with suitable sound effects, scents which pervade the ambience and the descending/ascending movement of the rider carrier will all combine to create an unprecedented ride experience. A themed boarding area will initially engage
visitors in the adventure. Guests will enter the 70- seat gondola, themed as a submarine, from a docking bay before it sinks into the deep abyss. The gondola will move down a central, steel tower shaft into a totally enclosed, 360° projection scene, in this case as if submerging under the water, taking riders into an underwater world of coral reefs and marine life. Amikoo Resort Destination Theme Park live up to its name by attracting visitors from all over the world “The Amikoo Explorer offers a perfect mix of
entertainment and education, featuring messages to raise awareness about the care of the planet and an emphasis on the oceans and bio-diversity. The ride is accessible for guests with disabilities and wheelchair users. It is suitable for all ages and will provide the venue with a highly flexible attraction that, if required, can be refreshed very easily with a change of media content for a whole new experience.
The sky is the limit Having successfully developed the Explorer, HUSS® has also now announced a world debut in the range of HUSS® film based ride attractions with the introduction of the HUSS® Multimedia Sky Tower. This latest addition to the product range is a combination of the successful HUSS® Sky Tower 120m observation experience and the latest HUSS film based attraction Explorer. The project is truly unique and unprecedented within the industry and will be completed by 2019.
Future projects In 2018 alone, HUSS® had completed the installation of a Sky Tower 120m, Top Spin Suspended, Pirate Ship, Shot’n Drop Maxi and a Movie Base XS (72 seat Flying Theatre). Projects for 2019 that have currently been
confirmed include six Top Spin Suspended rides, two Giant Frisbee 40s, an Airboat, Explorer, Sky Tower 120m (typhoon classified, constructed for the highest wind loads) and a Multimedia Sky Tower 120m. Clients include those in China, Mexico, the USA, Russia and Vietnam.
