Matt Broughton spoke with JCM Global’s General Manager EMEA, Payam Zadeh, about ICE, JCM’s 70th anniversary and the company’s ambitions for 2025 and beyond.
Matt Broughton: Could you start by introducing yourself. Payam Zadeh: Thank you for having me. As General Manager of EMEA and Managing Director UK at JCM Global, my role is to oversee the company’s operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring we deliver high-quality transaction and payment solutions to gaming operators in these regions. My focus is on driving strategic growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining strong industry partnerships. My journey in this industry spans over two decades, with a background in gaming technology, payment solutions, and business development. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with key operators and suppliers, helping them navigate evolving regulatory landscapes and integrate the latest cash management and transaction technologies. At JCM, I’m proud to be part of a company that has been at the forefront of payment security, efficiency, and innovation for 70 years.
MB: Now that the dust has settled, what are your thoughts on ICE in its new Barcelona home? PZ: ICE 2025 in Barcelona was a resounding success for JCM Global. The move to Barcelona provided a fresh energy to the event, and the venue gave us more space, better accessibility, and an opportunity to engage with a broader audience. Our stand at 3H40 was incredibly busy throughout the show, and we had some fantastic discussions with operators, suppliers, and industry leaders about how JCM’s solutions can help streamline their operations and enhance security.
MB: You enjoyed your anniversary at the show; what does this milestone mean for the company? PZ: Celebrating 70 years of JCM Global at ICE 2025 was a huge moment for us. It’s a testament to our legacy of innovation and leadership in transaction technology. Over the decades, JCM has continuously evolved, developing solutions that enhance payment security, efficiency, and
