SBC Summit Rio solidifies its success
SBC Summit Rio 2025 concluded with record- breaking success, welcoming 12,000 attendees and achieving a 200 percent growth from its debut edition. Held for the first time under Brazil’s new regulatory framework, the event served as a vital hub for operators, suppliers, and affiliates to connect and strategise.
The expo took place at Riocentro, Latin America’s largest convention centre, spanning 30,000 square metres, with 400 exhibitors and sponsors. C-level executives and senior decision- makers made up 42 percent of the audience, underscoring the event’s significance as a business networking powerhouse.
Key additions this year included the Affiliate 6 APRIL 2025
Leaders Summit, addressing compliance and promotion in a regulated market, and the Payment Expert Summit, tackling Brazil’s complex payment landscape. The Influencer Academy, launched with local agency Propane, aiming to equip digital creators and operators with the tools required to navigate gambling promotion.
Government speakers, including Senator Irajá Abreu and Ministry of Finance officials, provided regulatory insights, while Brazilian football legend Bebeto opened the event.
