RUBY TECHNOLOGY

multi-language and can be defined in any language. As it is integrated with the Ruby POS system orders can be placed in any language so there are no language barriers between the players and the casino waiters. If you try this in place, we believe that you will find it is astonishing. We have also developed Staff Tracking

RCM: As competition is fierce in the casino management systems, I expect that Ruby Technology has the angle and advantage of having time tested its Casino Assist and Ridotto Electronic Gaming Management System. How many casino operators are using Ruby casino management software solutions and in which regions?

MB: Right now our product is operating in a total of 15 casinos in Northern Cyprus, Bulgaria and Georgia. Now that we have GLI certification, we are in discussions with operators in jurisdictions that require this, and we should soon have more product installed.

RCM: Are there other products available from Ruby International for the gaming industry?

MB: Yes, there are more products available. To cover our main two products first though, these are the Casino Assist System (for accounting, cage and table game operations) and the Ridotto Management System (for electronic gaming machines). Using Casino Assist in a casino enables

multi-currency support option for Cage balance and Tables, automatic rate exchange calculations, real time Live Gaming floor monitoring integrated with Tables Inspector application, providing players’ tracking activities per players’ names which gives easy understanding and usage with minimum training for your staff with detailed players’ information provided at any moment. Casino Assist is the flagship of casino management systems. All the money transaction from slots, live game, and cash desk and is the one and only report you need at the end of the day. And it is user friendly. It has to be

understood that not all casino operations people are IT experts and a lot of the systems on the market go right over the on-floor operations peoples’ heads. Casino Assist is user-friendly and intuitive to operate. Ask any

of the operators running Casino Assist and they will tell you that there is no way they would go back to their previous systems. Ridotto for electronic gaming provides the

operator with all the essential and unique tools to fully control his electronic games and satisfy his customers with a world standard and unique system. What differentiates Ridotto from others? Well, we believe that we have a unique product. Most of the electronic gaming machine software in the current marketplace allows the operator to work with just one currency or double-currency. Double-currency software exchanges currencies from one to another to keep reports based on just one currency. This creates chaos in the cashbox. Reports turn out to be based on one currency, but the cashbox has banknotes from two currencies. Ridotto provides the casino with a unique Multi-Currency feature. It allows the players to play with any currency they would like. And at the end of the day, Ridotto creates reports based on every single currency. The customers are free from the hassle of going to the cash desks and as the outcome their game playtime time increases, and the casino is saving money on accumulated foreign currency exchange rate differences. One of the biggest issues with Slot management systems is slot machine downtime. With Ridotto, when machine goes offline, players can still continue to play without any distractions during the game while saving revenue loss on downtime for the casino operator.

The “cherry on the cake” of the Ridotto

system is a 6.2inch touch screen on each electronic gaming machine providing the players with a very user friendly interactive system. With the Ridotto screen, the player can ask for an attendant or waiter, track his/ her activity and order whatever they need from the menu. Customer satisfaction increases as they do not lose playing time trying to catch a waiter’s eye! The system is

software including Live Games break list, rotas, absences and all the staff activities in casino. There is the Expense Management system for casino operators to simplify their cost tracking and control and the Ruby POS software for F&B which saves time in customer servicing and casino staff cost while providing excellent service to the customer. We also developed a Progressive Live Games Jackpot for table games giving the possibility to casino operators to increase casino revenues while providing better entertainment to the table games’ customers. We believe that this is a world-beating product that no-one else can compete with.

RCM: Gaming sales have a shop window on industry expos. Does Ruby International has plans to exhibit and network any gaming industry expos?

MB: Yes, our first step here was to exhibit at the ICE Africa show in 2019 – our first venture into the African market. We were very pleased with the interest in our products and we think that we “blew away” some of the major southern African operators who had never seen a system like this before. Our second exhibition was recently in Bulgaria at the BEGE Expo. This exhibition was very successful for us and showed new product in a market where we are already established. Our next exhibition will be ICE London 2020 with all our latest offers – advanced and very importantly cost effective. Of course, potential customers who are

interested in seeing this system in operational conditions are more than welcome to visit the casinos in Northern Cyprus where the systems are in operation and to spend some time with us for a full and detailed run through. We will be pleased to welcome you.
