Sign & Digital UK 2025 What to expect!

From wrap battles to wrapping stardom, there are so many features to be excited for at this year’s SDUK. As time ticks ever closer to the event, details of the show’s features are starting to roll out. Here is what to expect at the upcoming event.

A DAY WITH YOUTUBE SENSATION: YIANNI CHARALAMBOUS Visitors looking at attending the show on Monday are in for an amazing surprise as the King of car customisation himself, Yianni Charalambous, will be making a special guest appearance. With around 2.2 million subscribers on YouTube, the owner of Yiannimize

has made a reputation for himself in the car wrapping industry, having decorated vehicles of high-profile names such as Harry Styles, John Terry and Gordon Ramsey. Now the most recognisable face in vehicle wrapping has agreed to join

SDUK on Monday, February 24. An interview will be held with him at The Explains Lounge at 1pm where

he will explain to the crowd how he has built the Yiannimize brand and discuss his experience and achievements. It will be followed by a short Q&A with Yianni answering questions from the audience – if you have anything you would wish to ask Yianni then please email the Sign Update team in advance at editor@signupdate.co.uk. There will be a brief photo op afterwards where people can snap a selfie

with him before he is then whisked away to be a guest judge for the daily final of the Hexis Wrap Battle; scheduled to take place at 2.30pm. For the rest of the day, he will be taking over Sign & Digital UK’s

Instagram account (@signanddigitaluk) – so keep your eyes peeled for exclusive content! With Yianni there this already amazing event is set to get even better.

THE RETURN OF HEXIS WRAP BATTLE

Speaking of the Hexis Wrap Battle, the much-loved competition is making a comeback for this year’s SDUK.

The last time it featured was at the 2023 show and with a year hiatus, it is coming back better than ever.

48 competitors will be grabbing their heat guns and wrapping tools hoping to walk away with this year’s crown.

Across the three days, heats of 16 contestants will be whittled down to just three who will compete in the grand final on Tuesday at 3pm. Each participant will be tasked with wrapping a panel in vinyl, having only 10 minutes to show off their skills.

Each panel will then be inspected by a panel of judges, which Yianni will join on Monday, choosing half of the entries per heat to go through to the next round.

A prize of £250 will be given to each of the daily winners, as well as further rewards for those in the grand final: £1,000 for first, £500 for second and £250 for third – they will also receive a free wrap training course worth £350. Entries have already flooded in with the previous competition’s winner, Chris Hooper from Wrapworx returning to defend his title.
