ars, presents, and even Spotify are all that can be wrapped but passers-by of Sloane Street, London will see that buildings can be added to that list. Embrace Building Wraps has been responsible for decorating 30-33 Sloane Street with a printed façade covering the entire building to disguise ongoing construction work.
The project in collaboration with Cadogan Estates and main contractor JF Hunt, has created a giant trompe l’oeil – an artistic term for creating a 3D visual illusion – encompassing an 886sq m area.
Managing director, Greg Forster, said: “The design team works meticulously to ensure installations are not just wraps but an integral part of the community architecture.

Johnsons brings festive cheer to town
J
ohnsons Printers brought a little festive cheer to one UK-based company as it decorated its shop window with a Christmas display. The company in Nantwich came to the graphics specialists, Contra Vision, looking to decorate its shop window with a display that would resonate with the local community while showcasing its expertise in printing and design.
It was decided that the display would feature Contra Vision’s Campaign White on Black in 30% transparency – a perforated window film that doesn’t compromise visibility.
Johnsons’ Rachel McMillan said: “One- way vision was exactly what we needed to give us privacy from the outside while offering light and vision from the inside.
