Still Creek Press elected to work with ViziPrint Impress Clear film, bought from approved Drytac reseller ND, Graphics. It is a versatile film that does not stretch or shrink and offers high print quality with unprinted areas remaining clear – perfect for this project.

F1 exhibit brought to life by Moss UK M

ore than 400 individual prints have been installed in a huge operation which has rounded together the F1 exhibition in London. Moss was tasked with bringing the experience of the sport to Immerse LDN – the city’s newest entertainment district.

Now, six rooms are decorated with 430 individual print and graphical elements including silicon-edged graphic (SEG) fabrics, Foamex boards, neon films and kiss-cut vinyls.

Matt Phipps, group account director at Moss UK, said: “We love to work on projects that grab the public’s attention from the very start.

“Having our graphics and displays as an integral part of this innovative experiential event is just amazing.

“We very much look forward to developing our relationship with Carlos and the team as their F1 Exhibition journey continues.”

UFABRIK split from pack at F1 event U

FABRIK Water & Airtight Tent Textile took centre stage at a Formula 1 event at Silverstone. It was the material of choice for the manufacture of several event gazebos that conjured a visual of an F1 workshop. Specifically designed for outdoor use, UFABRIK Water & Airtight Tent Textile offers a unique combination of specifications.

Its 350gsm/10oz woven heavyweight yarn is engineered to withstand the elements, which at pre-fixation, can resist a column of water that is 2,000mm (2m) high before it will begin to penetrate. Post-fixation water-resistant levels are 1,200mm.

Its structure was designed specifically for tents, marquees, and gazebos, providing certified and reliable visual appeal for commercial applications. Company director, Joel Wilcock, said: “We are very excited by UFABRIK Water & Airtight Tent Textile and delighted by the feedback we’ve had from customers. “This innovative composition ensures vibrant colour quality, durability, and safety, setting a new standard for outdoor portable event applications.” PVC-free and REACH-compliant, the gazebo is also recyclable, aligning with event organisers that prioritise sustainability goals and low environmental impact.

The project awarded Moss the opportunity to support the F1 Exhibition’s graphic requirements at the next location. This experience marks the third European pitstop following installations in Madrid and Vienna. The current exhibit is set to end on March 2, 2025.

The graphics featured various elements including partial maps of Europe, ancient text and symbols, and wording depicting the department’s name and contact details.

Still Creek Press printed the graphics in-house on its Mimaki JFX200-2513 EX flatbed UV LED printer.

Bruce Lee, wide format manager at Still Creek Press, said: “The department was the talk of the campus as news travelled about their unique windows. “What was once a dark long corridor with outdated images was transformed into a stunning visual that also incorporated the use of natural light.”
