Merson Group offers services to Zeekr expansion
S
ignage provider, Merson Group, has gone into business with Zeekr as the electric car company pushes its brand in Europe.
The partnership will see the sign makers create illuminated logos, dealership wordmarks and custom entrance totems as the car company begins to rapidly expand its global brand. The project ticks off an important milestone as Merson Group will fulfil an ambition to create signage for the electric vehicle sector.
The company will now work with Zeekr to help orchestrate and shape its visual identity as it grows a name for itself in wider markets.

Clean sweep for women at FASTSIGNS UK awards

ASTSIGNS UK has seen history be made at its annual awards ceremony as more than 80% of the accolades were won by women. The event, hosted at the Belfry Hotel in Nottingham, saw 22 total awards presented to franchisees and employees of the sign-making company. Ches Munro from the Tunbridge Wells branch collected the Rising Star of the Year award as she was recognised for her innovative thinking and creative approach to driving sales.
Newcomer of the Year went to Rosie Lees from the St Albans branch who, having only joined the network in Spring 2024, was awarded for securing the highest level of sales.
But the employee with the Sales with the Highest Overall revenue went to Neena Patel.
Other awards were the ‘Franchisee of the Year’, which went to Simon and Friederike Slee from FASTSIGNS Hammersmith, and the ‘Project of the Year Award’, won by FASTSIGNS Manchester.

But the most prized award went to Isobel Martin, from the Crawley branch, as she took home the Employee of the Year Award.
The branch has recently celebrated 30 years in business so her achievement was a late birthday gift.
Ms Martin said: “This journey has been incredible, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such an amazing team.
“This award holds special meaning to me as a woman in the industry and I take great pride in the talented individuals who make up our network across the UK. “I hope it inspires more women to step into this field and thrive within it.”
