Fiona Hudson-Kelly becomes owner of BPIF Training
T
he BPIF has announced that the sale of BPIF Training to Fiona Hudson-Kelly,
a highly experienced figure in apprenticeships and business growth, has been completed. The decision was taken after careful consideration by the BPIF Board of Directors and Management, and reflects BPIF Training’s strength as a high-performing, regulated training provider.
Charles Jarrold, chief executive for the BPIF, said: “BPIF Training has built an excellent reputation as a provider of high-quality apprenticeships and training, and under Fiona’s leadership it will

have the independence and investment capacity to go further.”
Ms Hudson-Kelly is widely recognised across the apprenticeship sector as the founder of Smart Assessor, one of the leading software platforms supporting Apprenticeship Training Providers. The sale of BPIF Training will allow the BPIF to concentrate its resources on its core membership and business services activities.
The BPIF has announced the that change of ownership will not affect learners, employers or apprenticeship programmes.
