New European marketing director joins Ricoh
I
n a newly created role, Evelyn Truter joins Ricoh Graphic Communications Group as European marketing director. Ms Truter is already a well-known name in the industry. She has spent 26 years in the production printing business, starting in production printing sales after which she held multiple senior international marketing roles.
She has a proven track record of building

RMC commercial director promoted to co-managing director

lex Wood has been promoted from commercial director to co-managing director at RMC. He has been with RMC since its infancy and has driven growth across the company. Starting in sales, he quickly progressed through the ranks becoming a director five years ago.
Nicole Spencer, managing director, said: “I’ve worked together, with Alex, throughout my career at RMC and feel like we’ve both been the driving force behind its success. So, it made complete sense to promote him to co-managing director.”
Mr Wood will concentrate on the day to day running of the company and Ms Spencer will focus on the strategic side of things.
Mr Wood added: “RMC is in my DNA. Working alongside Nicole has been the driving force of our success for years, and I have tremendous respect for her strategic vision.
“This new structure allows us both to play to our strengths – me on operations and Nicole on strategy – so we can effectively push forward with our plan to drive significant growth into new sectors and technologies.”

Ocean announces changes to UK and group leadership teams Nick Shaw said: “Ocean is a very

In the UK, Nick Shaw, who has been with Ocean since 2010 and is currently chief commercial officer UK, is promoted to UK CEO.
He replaces current UK CEO Phil Hall, who joined in 2019, and is promoted to group chief operating officer.
