pson has strengthened its commercial and industrial printing team with two key
appointments.
Alec Matravers has been appointed as Customer Experience Centre lead and Jessica Shorten Hood as product manager within the commercial and industrial printing team.
Mr Matravers, who holds a degree in print design, brings extensive experience in reprographics and pre-press, as well as expertise from working with a digital print manufacturing company. He now leads Epson’s UK Customer Experience Centre in Lutterworth, Leicestershire,
helping customers explore the full potential of Epson’s commercial and industrial print solutions. Ms Shorten Hood joins Epson as product manager after a career spanning sales, distribution, and business development within the technology sector. In her new role, she will support Epson’s commercial and industrial print portfolio, applying her channel knowledge and product management expertise to strengthen Epson’s customer offering. Pair hit the ground running in new Soyang roles

oyang Europe has grown its workforce by recruiting two new faces to its sales team.
Lauren James and Louise Bibby, started their new roles in July but have settled quickly into their day-to-day activities. Ms James was brought in as internal
sales manager leaving an 11-year career in recruitment.
She will now be responsible for customer relations management, customer success, and both team and sales management.

FABRIK has welcomed Monika Mourao as European sales director, advancing the next chapter in the company’s growth strategy. Ms Mourao has over 23 years’ experience in the industry, beginning her career selling banner media and flag textiles for screen printing.
She has worked for companies such as Gandy Digital, Agfa and EFI. She said: “I was looking for a new challenge and there is a huge opportunity in regions like Poland, the Netherlands, and Benelux, where customers are waiting for fresh energy and a solutions-orientated integrated approach.
