During her four and a half years at BumpPR, Hetty has progressed from Junior Executive through Senior Executive to Account Manager – and she’s still only 26 years old. Described as “hugely tenacious and passionate” by one nominator, Hetty has worked
on the Smart Toys and Games account for four years, diligently promoting products from preschool to adult games across multiple brands for varying ages, and thoughtfully adapting her messages accordingly. She has secured wide- reaching coverage in national and specialist press, reportedly always going “above and beyond” to nurture media and infl uencer relations on behalf of the client.
Luke Denby, Product Design Engineer, Plum Play
Luke has been a product designer at Plum Play since graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2017. Since joining the NPD wing at Plum he has helped to shape the team, allowing them to become more design focused, and has implemented new
methods of working and technologies such as in-house rapid prototyping. In addition, he has helped to develop three new bestselling products in the Plum Discovery sell-out collection. “Luke is a passionate designer,” says his nominator. “He is truly dedicated to innovation in the outdoor play category and continues to take a diff erent approach to outdoor toy development.”
Rossella Galimberti, Marketing Executive, Funko EMEA
The holder of a BSc in Economics and Management and an MSc in International Marketing, Rossella joined the Funko Marketing team in early 2021, and during her time with the company has demonstrated a genuine passion for pop culture
and for the toy industry as a whole. Her whole-hearted commitment to her role has seen her take on additional duties and responsibilities, and she is now solely responsible for growing the company’s retail marketing presence in Italy. “Rossella is defi nitely one to watch,” say her nominators. “She has star quality and we cannot wait to see where her career in the toy industry takes her.”
