Chloe has proved her ability to wear many hats as Exploding Kittens built out its International team over the last two years. She played a critical role in making the company’s games accessible internationally and now that the business has grown, she has
taken on more responsibility in managing emerging markets. Aside from her passion for the products, what sets Chloe apart is the exceptional level of dedication she has shown, especially during the pandemic when she worked from home despite having just moved from the UK to the Netherlands. Her creative side is also evident in her inspirational Instagram account, which celebrates the beauty of neutral interiors.
Tanya Baxter, Co-Studio Manager, Numskull Designs
Tanya joined Numskull Designs in 2016 as a graphic designer and quickly proved herself an integral part of the team. Promoted to Brand Manager in 2018, she displayed “creativity and passion”, helping to drive Numskull’s leading brand partners (from the
worlds of TV, movies and games) forward, raising the bar on the standard of assets released to retail for Numskull’s many launch campaigns. With a growing team and expanding product lines, she was recently promoted to Co-Studio Manager, overseeing the 2D design team and photographic studio. Rhiannon Britten, Marketing Executive, Plum Play
The holder of a fi rst-class degree in media production, Rhiannon has led infl uencer and social media campaigns since joining the Plum Play Marketing team just under a year ago. In that time, she has created a loyal following of ambassador parents and
has grown the company’s social following by over 40 per cent. Engagement remains high year-round, with parents sharing healthy active play ideas and advice. Now, as Plum Play enters its peak season, Rhiannon is focused on new product launches, and is heading up international social media for Plum Play as the brand continues to grow globally in both the toy and lifestyle sectors.
Natasha Blumfi eld, Head of Audience Insights and Trends, The Insights Family
Natasha joined The Insights Family over three years ago and has been crucial to driving the continual development of the organisation’s On-Track reports. She oversees a team of eight researchers in the Audience
Insights & Trends team and has been instrumental in identifying a number of key shifts in the company’s property data portal. Marjo joined the Halilit team in January 2022 and after just a couple of months had already revolutionised the company’s stock planning process, streamlining and gaining effi ciencies across the supply chain, and off ered plenty of plans to help Halilit develop.
His logical and critical thinking is proving to be an asset to the company, while his impressive understanding of Excel and his data manipulation skills are enabling him to make signifi cant improvements to many areas of the business.
